Welcome to Your Transformation Journey
My journey with Inclusive Fitness Mindset (IFM) began as a personal transformation, an uphill battle with my mindset and a lack of knowledge about nutrition and exercise. In my early 20s, I joined a gym at just 52kg, burdened with insecurities, low confidence, and self-esteem. On the surface, it was all smiles, dancing, and drinking, but underneath, I struggled to push through every workout. Eventually, I joined a gym instruction course and passed with flying colors.
As a result of qualifying to give fitness advice, still wracked with nerves, I moved to Shanghai, where I taught English, helped people with their fitness, and slowly began growing my confidence as gym results started to show. During this time, in my free moments, I studied correct exercise techniques, posture, muscle building, and nutrition. Although mistakes were made along the way, the overall trend kept moving upward, and I continued to improve both personally and professionally.
